3. Boxes ordered for recycling materials must be filled with ONLY ONE specified material. If unspecified materials are found in boxes one of the following will apply: 1) the box will be charged as a general debris box and is subject to overweight fees, or 2) box will be charged an additional flat fee of $75. Recycling boxes include dirt, concrete, asphalt, green waste, wood, and gravel.
4. The Maximum Standard Load Weight is: 1.5 tons for 8yd, 2 tons for 10yd, 3 tons for 15yd, 4 tons for 20yd, 5 tons for 30yd, 6 tons for 40yd, and 7 tons for 50yd general/construction debris Boxes only. Boxes that weigh over the Maximum Standard Load Weight will be charged $55/ton overweight or any portion of. Trailers will be charged at a rate of $81/ton overweight or any portion of. Dirt, concrete, asphalt, sand and gravel boxes are flat rate boxes and do not have a weight limit but are subject to terms listed above in #3.
5. At the discretion of the driver, if a box is found unsafe to transport, due to weight or overfilling, the following may apply: 1) Overweight and/or cubic yard fees will apply, 2) Box will be left to be unloaded by the customer to a safe designated level and additional fees will be assessed.
6. NO hazardous materials in Box such as oil, paint, chemicals, asbestos & any other item defined as hazardous by the Federal, State or local laws are allowed. A minimum of $75 will be charged to return hazardous material found.
7. Do not pour wet concrete or mud in Boxes. A minimum of $100 will be charged for wet concrete/mud removal. The customer is responsible for rain water. To avoid excess weight, due to rain, we recommend covering or tarping the top of the debris box. Dirt boxes must be covered during the rain. If dirt boxes are left uncovered, they will become too heavy to transport and will be left until dirt has dried or the customer unloads to a safe weight. Additional fees will apply.
8. The Customer is fully responsible for all Box contents.
9. No Tractor Loading. Customer is responsible for damages caused from tractor loading. Do not fill Box above the sides. Do not load heavy material on top or to one side of Box.
10. Heavy materials including dirt, gravel, concrete, composition, roofing, sand, etc must be loaded in Boxes specified for their weight. Please ask for a Box suitable for heavy materials.
11. Delivery & Pickup: A minimum of 50 feet of straight line access is required to properly deliver & pickup debris boxes. Customer is responsible to ensure there is enough space available for delivery and pickup. Additional deliveries or pickups for any reason will be charged $60/ea (includes trucks in route to your delivery or pickup).
12. Call for Pickup: Please call when your debris box is full and ready to be picked up. Make sure there are no vehicles blocking the front of the box (the side without the doors). If you do not call we will not pick it up. Once you call for pickup, your box will be picked up within 4 days (you will not be charged for these days). If you need extra rental days you must notify us at least 1 full business day in advance.
IMPORTANT: If the box was previously scheduled to be rented, and you have not called to schedule additional rental days your box will be picked up after the 10th rented day. You will receive a courtesy call notifying you that the box will be picked up.
Additional rental days are contingent upon the availability of the box. To ensure you receive any additional rental days needed, please schedule in advance. Customer accepts full responsibility for all box contents while the debris box is in customers possession or until it is picked up. |

PLEASE READ CARFEULLY
1. Box rental time is: up to 7 days for 10yd+ Boxes and up to 5 days for 4-8yd Boxes. Additional Rental Days are charged after the 10th (on the 11th day you will be charged) day at a rate of $30 per day. Additional rental time must be scheduled in advance and is contingent upon availability of boxes. Please inquire about 30 day rental rates.
2. Debris boxes can and will damage sidewalks, driveways, streets, landscaping, trees, power lines, etc. The customer takes full responsibility for any damage to sidewalks, curbs, driveways, lawns, etc. To aid in preventing damages to your personal property we recommend lying plywood down or other protective material to the area where the debris box will be placed. In addition, we ask that you do your best to remove any obstructions, both on the ground and overhead. |

13. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 1 business day in advance of your scheduled delivery. A $60 fee will apply to cancellations made on the scheduled delivery or pickup days.
14. When requested to place box on the street, required city/county parking permits are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, contact your city’s building department.
15. Items with Extra Fees include: Sofa or Sofa bed $6; Mattress or Bedspring $10; Car Tire w/o Rim $8; Car Tire with Rim $11; Truck Tire w/o Rim $21; Truck Tire with Rim $26; TV or Computer Monitor $30; Small Appliances $15; Medium or Large Appliances $30; Refrigerator or A/C equipment $50; Additional Delivery/Pickup $60; Additional Rental Days $30. |

16. Recycling Receipts: Please notify us at the beginning of each job that requires recycling receipts. This helps to ensure that all your recycling needs are met on time. Receipts will be mailed to you upon job completion.
17. The Customer authorizes charging of their charge card for any extra assessed fees.
